Return & Exchanges
At Unspoken Wardrobe LLC, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. While we do not offer refunds, we are glad to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges are allowed only for items that are defective or for incorrect sizes.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact our customer support team at orders@unspokenwardrobe.com with a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos of the defective item or size discrepancy.
3. After receiving confirmation from our customer support team, you can ship the item back to us. The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for the exchange to be processed.
5. If the requested size or replacement item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
6. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that our exchange policy does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or accidents, or dissatisfaction with the product design or material.
